Home Instead is looking for an experienced RN to join our Berkshire County office.  In this position, you will work with our older clients to create their plan of care to keep them safely in their homes.  You will also work with our team of PCAs to communicate care needs and address concerns.  You will be an essential part of our management team, working weekdays in our Pittsfield office, with travel to our clients' homes.

This position is either part time or full time, paying $40 per hour.

Our RN position is great for someone with home care, hospice, ALF or long term care experience.  You won't be providing direct patient care, instead helping to coordinate and supervise the care that the PCAs provide.  The PCAs look to our nurse for your strong clinical knowledge, caregiving tips, and skills in navigating relationships with clients and families.

Because communication is an important part of the job, you must be comfortable on the phone and using our technology platforms.  A valid driver's license is a must.
