Home Instead CAREGivers provide a variety of services that allow older adults to remain safely in their homes. Our CAREGivers help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care and compassion. If you are eager to enhance the life of an older adult, come join our team. We provide comprehensive, multi-phased training, which consists of both online and in-person training classes by our Registered Nurse in our office. Make your own schedule! Provide us with your availability and we will match you with a senior in in our community. This position is perfect for a retiree, parent, college student and those looking to make a difference in seniors lives. CAREGivers use an APP on their mobile device to keep track of our seniors care plans, to track work schedules and to communicate and stay updated with the office. We are offering competitive wages as well as providing a SIGN-ON BONUS up to $1,200! We have IMMEDIATE FULL TIME and PART TIME openings. Shifts are available throughout Berkshire County. Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Overnights available, weekday and especially weekends. |

| -Our clients need help with personal care (bathing, toileting, mobility), light housekeeping and companionship. You will be required to help with all these tasks. -Experience is not necessary. Our nurse will train you with all the skills you need to care for seniors. -Home Instead has a great support staff available to you. You are never alone. -A driver's license and a personal car is a necessity. -We often communicate via email and text messages. You'll need a smart phone to stay in touch with us.
