Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to seniors in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care, particularly with seniors and individuals with dementia. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those under your care through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Duties
 

• Provide personal, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with dementia or memory-related challenges through specialized care techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.

Requirements
 

• Experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or direct support is preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Compassionate attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
